Tent Rentals
All rentals include your tent, air mattress, chair, set up and break down of the tent. You can add a canopy, fan, and early arrival to your rental.

Urban Camp Weekend
Picture you and your friends at a house party or BBQ…now add a tent, some games, food, sand volleyball, games, a DJ, surprise events, additional outdoor recreational activities, AN OPEN BAR and you have now successfully envisioned the best camping experience yet.
How it began...
My first camping trip was Fall 2015. My bestie and I were grad students at University of Texas-Austin when I came across a flyer for Urban Camp Weekend. I remember being so excited to camp with adults. I went out and bought a tent, canopy and everything else I thought we needed. $700 later, I realized we wasted a lot of money on things we didn’t need. Since then, I watched countless newbies make the same mistake I did. Camping trips such as Urban Camp Weekend can be a great experience, however, when you are traveling from a distance or solo, it can be overwhelming. My goal is to eliminate most of your stress and ensure you have fun enjoying your trip, instead of making continuous Walmart runs.
Why rent with me?
1. You don’t know what you don’t know. I talk with my customers to understand what type of experience they want. No really, most calls last almost an hour. You guys have a lot of questions about camping.
2. It’s all fun and games until you try to squeeze a muddy tent back into a tent bag?
3. We do the heavy lifting including setup and breakdown of the tent.
4. Your time is valuable and the Texas heat is brutal!

POLICIES, PAYMENTS & FEES
When you rent from Brilliant Concepts, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in the rental agreement.
-Tents will be set up by 11:00am on Thursday
-Tents will be set up by 8:00am the day of rental
- Tents will be removed at 10:00am on Sunday.
Release of liability
Renter shall indemnify Brilliant Concepts against, and hold Brilliant Concepts harmless from, any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from Renter’s use of the Equipment and storage, including without limitation the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the Equipment.
All packages are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase third party travel insurance. Refunds will not be provided due to trip cancellation or weather related issues.
Setup of the tent is guaranteed. Chairs, air mattresses, and other items will be in the tent but not guaranteed to be setup. Brilliant Concepts is not responsible for any bugs, water, or animals that may enter the tent.
Electricity access is to charge your phone and fan. Not for use with air conditioners, spaces heaters, hot plates, coffee pots and kettles.
If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to find a replacement for your rental package and provide replacement information via email.
We offer flexible partial payments as a courtesy and convenience at with an automatic charge to the plan. Canceled plans may be charged up to $75.
